As mentioned in our blog post in June, we are endorsing Joshua Toms in his run for city council in Lebanon. He’s great on the issues and his platform is one that we can certainly support as libertarians. Check out that post and his campaign website for more details.
A number of events are coming up, and we’d like to get a good number of volunteers to show up and show their support by holding signs and discussing the planks of Joshua’s campaign. If you can attend any of the following events, please contact mark.marasch(at)lpo.org and I’ll help get you in on the coordination of these events. We’ll ensure you know exactly when and where to be.
Here are the coming events that we will be attending to spread the word:
- July 17-22 Warren County Fair. Several will be meeting up on the evening of the 20th.
- July 21st Third Friday on Mulberry Street in Lebanon
- August 4th Lebanon Blues Festival
- August 18th Third Friday on Mulberry Street in Lebanon
- September 15th Third Friday on Mulberry Street in Lebanon
- October 13th and 14th Oktoberfest in Lebanon
- October 20th Third Friday on Mulberry Street in Lebanon
